FDA is collapsing local breweries and impoverishing celebrities – Pablo Hxncho.

Lawrence Nii Adjei Laryea, known as Pablo Hxncho, criticized Ghana's FDA for banning celebrities from endorsing brewery products.

In a Facebook post, he argued that such bans hinder breweries' ability to profit and pay taxes, citing global norms where celebrities endorse alcohol products without issue.

He condemned the FDA for favoring foreign brands' advertising over local ones, calling their regulations damaging to Ghana's creative industry and economic growth.

He accused the FDA of hypocrisy, suggesting they allow alcohol consumption but stifle local businesses with arbitrary bans.

Pablo emphasized that advertising doesn't sway non-drinkers and urged the FDA to reconsider its policies.
