Controversial Ghanaian counselor, Reverend Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt, says Ghanaian artistes need counselling to enhance their live performances.
According to him, artistes fail to ace their performances because they lack counselling to prepare them for the event.
“I have noticed that Ghanaian artistes are unable to perform well on stage because they lack counselling. They need psychological guidance before going on stage”, he stated
In an interview on Zylofon 102.1 FM, the counsellor pointed out that, most musicians perform better in the studio than on stage.
¨We always feel the vibe in the songs of these artiste when listening, because they tend to fall on chemical substances during studio sessions. But, they we do not feel the same vibe during their live performances, just because they are not allowed to take such substances¨, he added
He therefore advised artistes to undergo therapy, to enable them perform flawlessly without being stimulated by drugs.
Counsellor Lutterodt further said counselling enables musicians overcome stage fright, which happens to be one of the leading causes of bad stage performances.
