Ghanaian gospel musician Esther Smith has urged aspiring gospel artists to focus on ministering the word of God rather than seeking fame.

In a recent interview, she criticized current trends in gospel music and emphasized the importance of sincere, purpose-driven songwriting.

Smith will perform at her concert on August 30 at Perez Dome.
