CEO of SarkCess Music and Ghana’s most decorated artiste, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known in showbiz circles as Sarkodie has stated that contrary to people’s perception that he’s stingy, he’s not.
According to Sarkodie, it is not surprising that he is often chastised for being stingy despite his wealth.
In an interview with Andy Dosty of Hitz FM, the “Biibiba” hitmaker noted that he’s not happy about the widespread belief and tag that has been hanged around his neck as a stingy wealthy man.
He However maintained that he can’t change people’s perception about him because to himself he knows it’s not true adding that he knows himself better and won’t live to please anyone.
He further added that he won’t flaunt his kindness on social media just to do away with the stingy tag that has long been hanged around his neck because deep within him, he won’t be happy if he showcases his kindness on social media as people want to see.
