After singer eShun’s tweeted about how she had tried so many times to get rapper Sarkodie on her song, she has jumped into the defence of the ‘Highest’ artiste.
Speaking to Kwame Dadzie on Citi FM’s ‘Celebrity Radar’ on Wednesday, she noted that she believes strongly that Sarkodie has not responded to her yet because he is busy.
She said she understands the artiste has a lot on his hands and would not count this experience as Sarkodie ‘flexing’.
“I would not say he is ‘flexing’ me. Sometimes it’s not the right timing, maybe they’re on a project or so and this happens all the time. I even have some artistes trying to reach out to me and in that period I also have stuff on my hand so yes, I get those kinda replies from them,” she recounted.
She also said that she contacted Stonebwoy too on Twitter for a similar reason but she was got lucky in his case.
“I reached out to Stonebwoy on Twitter as well and luckily for me, he wasn’t that busy if it was this period that he’s gone on tour I’m not sure I’d have got him on my track so I believe Sarkodie is busy working on his album,” she said.
She added that she may not be getting the right timing but it would be great to have him on her song any time soon.
Eshun had tweeted that she had exhausted all means to get Sarkodie to feature on her song.
A former contestant of Project Fame West Africa, eShun has songs like ‘Akyea’, ‘Afehyiapa’, ‘Fa Me Kor’, among others.
