Gospel artist Sonnie Badu revealed the challenges of securing sponsorships for gospel events in Ghana, citing a consistent lack of profit from his shows.
Speaking to Kingdom FM, he noted that sponsors often back out, leaving him to fund events personally, even selling his assets to cover costs.
Despite recurring financial losses, Badu sees his efforts as “sowing seeds” for future rewards, hoping his children may eventually benefit.
He emphasized that he organizes these events without a profit-driven mindset, accepting the losses as part of his mission.
