YEN.com.gh has sighted a comment made by a social media user by name ShortboyKhofi, under a post shared by singer Kuami Eugene.
Kuami Eugene had posted this photo of himself standing on the streets somewhere outside Ghana, on his Instagram handle.
He wears an attire that looks like a protective one against the cold weather, but this social media user believes Kuami Eugene has dressed poorly.
According to ShortboyKhofi, Kuami Eugene’s dressing makes him looks nothing than a senior high school boy.
He urged the ‘Angela’ hit maker to dress up like the rockstar he is, and no more like a senior high school boy, because generally, he is doing well as a music star.
He wrote: “You doing well but bruh learn how to dress like a rockstar and stop the SHS dressing.”
This is not the first time Kuami Eugene has been under attack for his dressing.
His dressing to the 2018 VGMAs earned him many name-callings and mockery on social media.
Some said he looked like a chaplain, while others said he looked like a senior high school form one boy.
Some time ago, he was accused of wearing a faded attire to the One Week observance of the late Dancehall star, Ebony Reigns.
But he responded saying if he has been able to buy his own can, how much more an ordinary shirt.
About a month ago, Kuami Eugene again came under fire when he was accused of “la borrow”. He was spotted wearing a blazer which allegedly belonged to his friend and colleague musician, Kidi.
This allegation too, Kuami Eugene rubbished, and later posted a photo he took together with Kidi in which they both wore their own similar blazer.
That was obviously to show critics that he did not borrow the blazer from Kidi, but rather, they both have the same thing.
Kuami Eugene was crowned the ‘New Artiste of the Year’ at the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs). His song ‘Angela’ won the hip-life song of the year award.
