Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has asked Ghanaians to support frontline health workers in the country during the fight against the deadly coronavirus.
This call comes after a Frontline Health Worker and Head Of College Of Physicians, Ghana, Professor Plange Rhule was reported to have passed on on Friday
Reports suggest the Professor died of disease suspected to be the deadly Coronavirus.
Speaking on his death and the need for support to ensure Frontline Health Workers are safe, the Dancehall artiste said “The Head Of College Of Physicians, Ghana. Professor Plange Rhule Has Passed Away From Coronavirus. Serious Times indeed! Let’s Do All We Can To Also Protect the Health workers On The Front Line Facing This Battle”.
President Akufo-Addo during his fifth update mentioned that government has procured several PPEs for health workers across the country to ensure their safety as they play key roles in the fight to contain the deadly virus.
Corporate bodies and other persons have also contributed their quota to help in the fight against the disease.
