Ghanaian comic actor, Berma Bediidi has projected that there would be an increase in unwanted pregnancies in the country after the partial lockdown is over.
Speaking in an interview with Zion Felix on the ‘Uncut Show’, Bediide stated that many girls will be impregnated within the period.
He bemoaned the rate at which many young girls in the country depend on guys for survival.
The Kumawood actor further alleged that many of these ladies are lazy who do not know how to cook and rather resort to asking men for money to buy fast foods.
Bediide said it is unfortunate as these ladies won’t beg for money to fill their gas cylinders which will enable them to cook at home, reiterating that they rather beg for shawarma and other foods.
He, therefore, advised young ladies to find something doing with hands and stop wasting much time on Snapchat and other social media platforms.
Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo announced a partial lockdown in some parts of the country as a means to control the spread of coronavirus.
