Whenever a president of the country goes to parliament to deliver the State of the Nation Address or a finance minister heads to the house to present the Budget Statement and Economic Policy, trust that there will be drama– showing of placards, taunts and jeers by the Minority in disapproval of some if not all remarks; and cheers from the Majority by way of countering the opponent.
