Ghanaian actress Benedicta Gafah has dispelled rumors of plastic surgery, attributing her slim figure to an eating disorder rather than liposuction.

She explained on Instagram Live that she rarely eats due to a lack of hunger, and is wary of taking supplements recommended by her doctor to manage her condition.

Gafah also revealed she struggles with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
