A resurfaced video showing Veteran Nollywood actress, Oge Okoye in attendance at one of infamous Pastor Alph Lukau’s crusades, has found its way into the limelight.
The actress has been forced to clear the air after being accused of receiving money from the church to act like her problems were being resolved and genuine prophesies were being made into her life.
In an elaborate post on her Instagram account, the actress explained the train of events that led to her being at the church.
According to the actress, she visited the church somewhere last year before the infamous resurrection video of Pastor Lukau hit the internet because she offered to stand in at the church as a point of contact for her sick aunty who couldn’t travel from Spain to South Africa to get healed of cancer.
The buildup to the story is that about a month ago, South African based Pastor Alph Lukau of Halleluyah Ministries, allegedly paid one Elliott, his camera man, an amateur actor, to act dead so that he would be “resurrected” on camera; it was to look like a miracle.
The video of the said “miracle” went viral and keen observers noticed that the “corpse’” jaw was slightly shaking. This spread like wild fire and became known as the “Resurrection Challenge”.
Understandably, the epic fail of that shenanigan caused the internet to condemn the pastor and accused him of being a fake man of God.
