Rocky Dawuni earns 4th Grammy nomination in 67th edition

Ghanaian Afro-Roots musician Rocky Dawuni has earned his fourth Grammy nomination for the 2025 Grammy Awards in the Best Global Music Performance category for his song "Rise."

Competing alongside artists like Angélique Kidjo, Arooj Aftab, and Jacob Collier, this nomination follows previous nods, including his 2015 nomination for Best Reggae Album and a 2022 nomination for Best Global Music Album.

The Grammy Awards will take place on February 2, 2025, in Los Angeles.
