SarkCess music CEO, Michael Owusu Addo known in Showbiz circles as Sarkodie has revealed why he recorded a diss song dubbed ‘My Advice’ to Shatta Wale.
Sarkodie’s “My Advice” is a song loaded with heavy punchline content directed at dancehall artiste Shatta Wale.
The song was weaved as a reply to Shatta’s numerous diss comments made on the rapper through his reign album launch journey.
The ‘Advice’ diss track amassed several reactions on social media as majority heaped praises on Sarkodie for silencing Shatta Wale.
Sarkodie in an interview on Accra-based radio station Starr FM disclosed that Shatta Wale made disrespectful comments about him on social media instead of calling him to address the issue.
“If he is a friend that you keep in touch with all the time and he keeps passing comments on social media all in the name of showbiz, how would you feel?”
“I get it. It’s showbiz but we have a friendship to keep. As much as I would want to do showbiz, there are some things that I would like to call you personally and resolve” he said.
