Dancehall Artiste, Stonebwoy says from experience, “beefs” between artistes should not be encouraged having had his own share with Shatta Wale.
Stonebwoy clashed with Shatta Wale at last year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGAMA) which led to Stonebwoy pulling a gun at the event in a bid to shoot Shatta Wale and his boys
The clash has ended the two in court and they have been banned from taking part in the annual music festival.
Currently, Shatta Wale has a problem with Sarkodie and has threatened to beat him up the next time he jabs him in a song.
Reacting to the ongoing saga, Stonebwoy noted that the beef between artistes should not be encouraged at this time because its rippling effect is enormous.
Although “beef” should be musical, he observed that sometimes there is more to it and it should therefore not be the focus at this point in time.
He advised that there should be a focus on music in order to help rally Ghanaians to support the work they do.
