Head of Communications for Zylofon Music and representative of Zylofon artistes, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo has unequivocally told any of the many musicians who are currently on the Zylofon Music label who feel that they are not getting the things they desired when they staked their necks out to be a part of the family to freely terminate their contract.
In a phone conversation between Doctor Cann and Arnold Asamoah Baidoo on Happy FM’s morning entertainment show ‘Showbiz Xtra’ monitored by zionfelix.net, he stated that contracts are not shrines which do not allow people to freely get out of them when they feel so and as such, if artists like Joyce Blessing, Stonebwoy, Obibini, Shatta Wale and the others on the label feel that they are fed up, they should just follow the due process to get out of the contract.
The entertainment critic and pundit admitted that Zylofon and its sister company Menzgold are currently in some form of crisis and as a result have not been able to support the artists as they used to. He, however, called on the artists to be grateful to their label in times like this and stop the constant display of enmity against the brand.
