Award-winning Ghanaian rapper M.anifest has blamed Ghana's underdevelopment on what he says is the lack of vision.
M.anifest calls on Ghanaians to quit the comparison between Ghana and Nigeria and rather use the energy to be ambitious and work hard to deal with the problems of the country.
He was speaking in an interview on SVTV Africa at Obrafour's Pae Mu Ka@20 concert in Kumasi.
"We talk about Nigerians too much in Ghana. Let's see what we lacking and stop the comparison. We lack vision as a country because how many Ghana artiste will tell you, they want to win the Grammy; have they gone to find out the steps or it's just a mere talk? The ambition has to match the talk, we talk too much." He added.
M.anifest is confident if Ghana gets the vision question right, the development would follow.
The 'Me Ne Woa' hitmaker further urge the media to promote excellent songs from Ghana and quit hyping zero talents to help sustain the industry.
