Being the first time to be performed since its release; coupled with the fact that Nacee has curved a niche for himself as a great performer, many anticipated a good show but Nacee’s performance was nothing to write home about.
Appearing on stage with about eight men clad in black, Nacee played a drum throughout his performance without grabbing the microphone.
While Mercury Quaye, organizer of the show turned into the hype man, some of the men who accompanied Nacee on stage were nodding and throwing their hands in the air while others stood with arms akimbo.
Patrons appeared unmoved by the performance as the response was cold.
The Rush Ghana DJ Awards 2017 was held at the Silver Star Towers, Airport on Saturday.
