2019 has been somewhat a peaceful year for the celebrities as compared to last year. Less drama, less controversies and maybe some unity. However a few controversies sprung up and topped it for the year.

Cardi B’s ‘Meet and Greet’ gaffe
The most recent controversy has to be the most hilarious one, rapper, Cardi B’s ‘Meet and Greet’. Cardi B was set to perform in Ghana on 8th December. Some female celebrities assembled at her hotel to have a private lunch with her after being called by the organizers of the show.
Apparently, the American Rapper without knowing about the meet and greet, had a good nap and moved to the Kempinski pool to eat some khebab.
The female celebrities who felt snubbed took to their social media pages to express their anger and frustration after they saw her post on her Instagram story. After staying for 5hours, some went home gracefully while others stayed for over 9hours to meet the star.
Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy
VGMAs @ 20 was set to be Ghana’s best music awards since this year marked its 20th anniversary. Unfortunately, dancehall artistes, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale took their rivalry on to the stage.
Shatta Wale and his militants moved to the stage while Stonebwoy received his award for Best Dancehall Artiste of the Year. To protect himself, Stonebwoy pulled out a pistol. This caused a lot of chaos bringing the programme to a standstill for some hours. Both artistes are still in court over their brawl.
Salma Mumin and Moesha Boduong
A few months back, Moesha blew our minds with her enlarged hips and butt because she wasn’t satisfied with what she had and wanted more. Right after, Salma Mumin traveled and returned with an increased butt.
Moesha did not let Salma’s glory last when she took to her Instagram to throw jabs at her for not getting a surgery as beautiful as hers.
Moesha has been exposing Salma Mumin and calling her fake for doing what she (Moesha) does and covering it up with her businesses.
Pope Skinny and Shatta Wale
In several videos, Pope Skinny swore his friendship with Shatta Wale will never end. He supported Shatta Wale whenever he fought with other celebrities till he was the next match.
Shatta Wale revealed all that he did for Pope Skinny, who denied everything and brought out prove to show his former best friend is an abuser, occultist, rapist and a toxic man. Pope Skinny has been throwing jabs at his friend ever since.
