The Communications Bureau of the Ablekuma Central National Democratic Congress (NDC) has given the Member of Parliament for the constituency, Mr. Ebenezer Nii Narh Nartey 24 hours to retract and apologise over what they described as false claims of projects he [MP] has embarked upon.
The constituency’s Communication Officer, Vivian Sallar speaking on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm said the ‘the highly ineffective MP has claimed without shame to have constructed some drainages and asphalted roads in some part of Abossey Okai, even though he knew the evidence on the ground does not support such blatant falsehood’.
She said, "we wish to state equivocally that the said projects the MP claimed to have constructed are achievements of the NDC and not his’’.
“I dare Ebenezer to show me where he constructed the said library, the CHIPS compound and all the other projects he’s claiming ownership tp. If you are a politician and you peddle lies, Karma will expose you. Where are the asphalt roads? The former MP, Theophilus Tetteh Chai was the one who asphalted all in the constituency with the exception of the road at the Presby Church".
"He should tell me what he has done with his MPs common fund. I am challenging him. He has only 24 hours to show us the evidence of his projects. If he is unable to do so, we will expose him," She added.
