NPP flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has highlighted his numerous developmental projects in the northern region, especially in Chereponi, contrasting his record with that of former President John Dramani Mahama.
Bawumia questioned Mahama’s contributions as president, noting the lack of significant projects in Chereponi. He emphasized his achievements as vice president, claiming substantial progress through various initiatives.
During a meeting with Chereponi's chiefs and elders, Bawumia asserted that Mahama has nothing new to offer, while he himself, if elected president, would continue and complete many projects in the area.
