Stories of donkeys carting govt fertilizers to Burkina Faso can only happen under Akufo-Addo – Sammy Gyamfi
Communications Director for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi has bemoaned the level of thievery under the watch of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s leadership wondering how donkeys can smuggle fertilizers without human influence.
According to him, never in the history of Ghana, have we had such sophisticated thieves at the Presidency as we have today.
Sammy Gyamfi made this known when he addressed the press on issues bothering the level of corruption been perpetrated under the watch of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia.
He alleged that fertilizer that is meant to be given to farmers to help in Agriculture production have been smuggled by elements in the NPP into foreign countries where they are sold.
“When the Agric Minister was asked by the fertilizer, he shamelessly said they were stolen by donkeys and camels to Burkina Faso hence the government’s inability to question and arrest the perpetrators of this broad daylight robbery. Only in Ghana can such cock and bull story be entertained”
He, however, sent a note of caution to persons under the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led administration engaging in shady deals hinting them of they being watched with eagle eyes and that they will be punished by the NDC government in 2025.
