Striker Ben Acheampong scored for El Darkleya but his side lost 2-1 to Misr Lel Makasa who had John Antwi open the scoring in their Egyptian Premier League match.
Antwi, on loan from Al Ahly, gave the visitors the lead on 36 minutes to register his third league goal.
But Acheampong popped up with the equalizer in the 56th minute for his sixth leaue goal of the campaign.
Hussein El-Shahat snatched the match winner for Misr Lel Makasa in the 79th minute.
