Born in England to Ghanaian parents. Antwi played three league games for Palace in the English first division in 2002/03 season.
Made his international debut in Ghana’s 1-3 loss to Nigeria in May 2003's LG four-nation tournament in Abuja.
Januray 1 2004-- Aldershot (English Conference, i.e division 4) have signed former Crystal Palace central defender Will Antwi. The Ghanaian came through the Selhurst Park academy, but was released soon after making his senior debut.
Antwi also played for Swedish Second Division side Ljungskile where he impressed Shots boss Terry Brown and so moved to the Recreation Ground on 1 January.

With the Hatters suffering a defensive injury crisis at the start of the season the 29-year-old was signed on a six month contract following his release from Dagenham & Redbridge.
A former Ghana international, Antwi scored twice in 12 appearances but fell out of favour after skipper George Pilkington recovered from injury and the club brought Janos Kovacs back on loan from Hereford. As a result he signed on loan for Grimsby Town in November.
