Sammy Gyamfi, National Communications Officer of the NDC, has praised the trial judge for her detailed judgment in the ambulance purchase trial involving Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson and Richard Jakpa but expressed disagreement with some of her decisions.
However, Speaking on JoyNews’ The Pulse, Gyamfi, a lawyer, felt certain rulings were not legally sound, especially regarding the judge's refusal to declare a mistrial or conduct an inquiry into Attorney-General Godfred Dame's conduct.

Gyamfi emphasized the need for judicial processes to ensure fairness and justice.
