The Attorney-General Godfred Dame opposed Dr. Ato Forson's application for a High Court probe into Dame's conduct in an ongoing trial involving financial loss to the state.
Forson, the first accused in the ambulance procurement case, alleges Dame tried to recruit the third accused, Richard Jakpa, to aid Forson's prosecution. Forson seeks an inquiry, mistrial, and stay of proceedings.
