Investigative journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni has claimed that the contract between the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and Strategic Mobilisation Limited (SML) is fraught with violations that could lead to prosecutions.
Speaking on JoyNews' Newsfile on May 25, he emphasized that significant public funds were wrongly paid to undeserving individuals.
