Richard Jakpa, a defendant in the ambulance procurement case, has challenged Attorney-General Godfred Dame to appear in court to refute allegations of witness tampering and evidence fabrication.
Jakpa claims Dame contacted him to solicit testimony against Minority Leader Dr. Ato Forson. A leaked audio tape purports to show this conversation. Jakpa insists the case should be tried in court, not in the public sphere.
He is confident in securing justice and has dared anyone disputing the tape's authenticity to produce a counter tape.
The case has sparked debate, with some calling for Dame's resignation.
