North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has criticised President Akufo-Addo's handling of the sale of four SSNIT hotels to Rock City Hotels Limited, owned by Agriculture Minister Bryan Acheampong.
Ablakwa argued that the President's directive for the Labour Minister to engage with organised labour on their concerns was unnecessary and a way to avoid taking decisive action.
Ablakwa insists that President Akufo-Addo should directly halt the controversial sale, asserting that the President has the authority to stop his appointees from proceeding with the transaction.
He emphasised that the President's actions should reflect his previous promises of responsible management of state assets.
