Speaking at Ensign Global College’s 9th congregation in Kpong, he stressed the importance of secret yet transparent voting processes.
He highlighted the need for clear ballot box placement and open booth designs to prevent any irregularities, ensuring all steps in voting are visible.
Togbe Afede urged stakeholders to foster trust in the electoral process to avoid disputes and ensure nationwide acceptance of results.
