Labour Minister Ignatius Baffour Awuah was in a discussion with stakeholders about the sale of SSNIT hotels to Agriculture Minister Bryan Acheampong.
Following a directive from the President, Awuah has met with Organised Labour in Accra to address concerns.
He has also engaged with SSNIT management and the NPRA board and emphasized on the need for a thorough understanding before making further statements.
SSNIT assured that the hotel sale is still under negotiation and not finalized, but Organised Labour insists the deal should be scrapped entirely.
