Bryan Acheampong, owner of Rock City Hotel and Minister for Food and Agriculture, has denied claims by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, that his hotel is incurring losses.
Ablakwa suggested that Rock City Hotel was financially underperforming and unfit to acquire a 60 percent share in four hotels owned by the Social Security and National Insurance Trust, citing documents from the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
Acheampong refuted these claims, questioning the authenticity of the documents and Ablakwa’s motives.
He asserted that Rock City Hotel has not filed its annual returns with the GRA, making the claims baseless.
