Diving Nkrumah, Director of Operations for the Progressive People’s Party (PPP), has criticized Ghana’s Electoral Commission (EC) and its chairperson, Jean Mensa, for alleged lack of transparency ahead of the 2024 election.
Speaking on RadioXYZ, Nkrumah expressed frustration over the EC's refusal to provide summary statistics of the certified voter register during an Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) meeting.
He argued that this withholding of information suggests a hidden agenda and could undermine election integrity.
Nkrumah urged the EC to respect Ghanaians and release the data to ensure public confidence in the electoral process.
