Sedem Afenyo, the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Amasaman, is optimistic about overturning the 3,000-vote margin that handed the seat to the NPP in 2020.
Speaking on The Community Forum on Channel One TV, Afenyo declared, “We will overturn the margin and win the seat.”
He urged constituents to reflect on their living conditions under the current administration and vote for change on December 7.
Afenyo credited his confidence to initiatives like community development projects, youth empowerment, and advocacy for improved healthcare and education. He also highlighted issues under the NPP’s tenure, including poor infrastructure and rising unemployment, pledging to address these if elected.
His grassroots-focused campaign includes door-to-door engagements to connect directly with voters ahead of the elections.
